Admission for Grade 7

PSA copy of Birth Certificate
APPLICABLE TO ALL LEVELS
Admission for transferees:

For ESC Scholars, Certificate of ESC Scholarship is needed with ESC School and Student ID Numbers (for Junior High School)

Old students are required to submit their Form 138 / SF 9 or Report Card and reservation slip upon enrollment.
